How to sign up to Central Tickets?
Their members pay only £4 – 6.50 for Theatre, comedy, music, dance, opera, classical music, talks & even film shows by becoming a seat-filler with Central Tickets. It’s free to join and you can sign up today. There is normally a long waitlist, but currently, anyone can register.
Locations of Central Tickets Deals
Most of the Central Tickets shows are based around London, however other cities sometimes feature too – such as Glasgow, Brighton, Leeds and Manchester.

You register to join the Central Tickets site, scroll through the list of available shows and usually pay £4 to £7 per ticket. The idea is you get the tickets at a super-low price in exchange for helping to create an atmosphere at underfilled performances. Go to current listings, not West End offers. West End offers, just offer standard theatre deals.
My experience of Central Tickets
I saw a very funny Theatre play in London bridge for £5 each when they were RRP at £20. A real great deal made easy. Despite it being a great play for everyone, it was sad to see lots of empty seats, so no doubt Central Tickets really helps shows that need more audience and more atmosphere. It was an amazing value & a top experience.

Main rules of Central Tickets Club
The main rules of Central Tickets seat filling:
- Collect your tickets from the box office at least 30 minutes before the show
- Be discreet at the show & don’t bring up that you got the tickets heavily discounted, as this could cause normal ticket paying customers to complain!
- Support the venue: Try and buy a drink at the bar and a programme.
- Expect to get tickets avaialble on the site only up to 14 days before a show.
- Only book if you can go – If you don’t show up or fail to communicate to Central Tickets at least 5 hours before hand, you may have your account deactivated.

Other Seat Filler Sites
There’s another seat-filling site, Audience Club, which works in a similar way. Audience Club is currently accepting members, but you must pay £5 to the British Heart Foundation charity to join before you can see what shows are on offer. Another site that is free to join is Show Film First. These shows seem to be quite ad-hoc in availability.

Central Tickets UK Review
Overall, I’d give Central Tickets seat filling 8.5/10.
The only reason, it is not 10, is the shows available are often not the biggest ones out there, with a smaller following & you need to be a bit more flexible (both booking close to the date and picking up your booking at least 30 minutes beforehand). The savings more than cover these inconveniences!
